With 25+ years of telecommunication experience, Mr. Parsloe founded Great North Woods Wireless, LLC, a Maine-based company committed to bring enhanced broadband networks to rural markets. Mr. Parsloe is the President, CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Great North Woods Wireless, LLC. Prior to founding Great North Woods Wireless he founded Northeast Wireless Networks and prior to that, Mr. Parsloe served as Assistant Vice President at Lucent Technologies where he led a multi-disciplined team of wireless professionals that supported operators across the US. Prior to joining Lucent, Mr. Parsloe served for the United States Air Force and worked at AT&T, NCR and founded MelCor International, a communications company with operations in Russia and the US. Mr. Parsloe attended Northeastern University and the University of Massachusetts.
Mr. Buckley has over 30 years of experience in the mobile telecommunications industry. Nearly all of that experience has been in network design engineering and operational positions of increasing responsibility at regional wireless carriers in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. US Cellular, Rural Cellular Corporation, Phoenix Wireless (Co-Founder), Northeast Wireless Networks (Co-Founder) and Price Cellular. Prior to mobile wireless positions, Tom was a member of the US Coast Guard where his area of expertise was radio communications and antenna systems.
Mr. Shea brings more than 30 years of experience in the communications industry to his position as Vice President – Network & Performance Engineering. His background includes Community and Regulatory Affairs, as VP NH Government Relations for FairPoint Communications and Director of Regulatory Affairs for Verizon Communications; Technical and Sales Consulting with all five national wireless network carriers, satellite, local exchange and fiber providers, and MSOs for Verizon Enterprise Solutions Group and Verizon Network Integration; and Operations Management at segTel, Inc. and FirstLight Fiber where he was responsible for strategic planning, engineering design and managing complex service delivery implementations. Kevin is a recognized authority in NH Public Utilities regulatory rules, tariffs, and State of NH RSAs, received Governors appointments to the E911 Commission and NH Right to Know Committee, and was instrumental in providing strategic and technical expertise during the deployment of Verizon broadband in NH.
